Upon final approval and launch of a website, the Client assumes full responsibility for the ongoing management, maintenance, content updates, security, integrations, third-party services, hosting environment, and functionality of the website.

Intentionalyze's website design services are considered complete upon website launch unless a separate written maintenance, support, or retainer agreement is in place.

Because the Client and/or third parties may make modifications to the website after launch, Intentionalyze shall not be responsible or liable for any errors, outages, broken functionality, design inconsistencies, security vulnerabilities, data loss, plugin or integration conflicts, hosting issues, search engine performance, or other website-related issues that occur after launch.

Intentionalyze is not responsible for any issues resulting from changes made by the Client or any third party after website launch, including modifications to content, design, settings, integrations, domains, SEO configurations, platform settings, or website structure.

Intentionalyze does not guarantee the continued functionality, availability, or compatibility of any third-party platforms, software, plugins, integrations, hosting providers, domain registrars, or services, including but not limited to Squarespace and its features, templates, updates, policies, or future changes.

Clients are encouraged to retain a qualified website developer or website maintenance provider for ongoing support, updates, troubleshooting, security monitoring, and technical maintenance following website launch.

Any post-launch assistance requested from Intentionalyze shall be considered a new project and billed separately at Intentionalyze's then-current rates unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
